How much does a website cost?
Professional website hosting starts at just $25/month — that's less than one lunch per week. Managed websites (we handle everything) are $50/month. There's a one-time $500 setup fee for new websites.
Do I need to know anything about technology?
Nope! That's what we're here for. You tell us what you want (by email, text, or phone), and we make it happen. Want to update your hours? Send us an email. Need a new photo on your site? Send it over.
What's the difference between hosting and a managed website?
Hosting ($25/mo) means we keep your website running — fast, secure, and backed up daily. You handle content changes. Managed ($50/mo) includes everything in hosting PLUS we handle all updates, content changes, security patches, and plugin updates.
Can I see my website before I commit?
Absolutely! We can build a free demo of what your website would look like before you spend a dime. No obligation.
What if I already have a website somewhere else?
We can transfer your existing website to our hosting. We handle the entire migration — domain transfer, content, email, everything. Most transitions are seamless with zero downtime.

Email Hosting

Why do I need a business email? Can't I just use Gmail?
You can use Gmail, but would you trust a contractor who emails you from plumber69@gmail.com? A professional email like john@yourbusiness.com builds instant credibility. It's only $5/month per inbox.
Can I check my business email on my phone?
Yes! Your business email works on your phone, computer, tablet — anywhere. You can also check it through our webmail at any time.

Do I need special equipment for the business phone?
Nope! You can use it right from your cell phone with a free app, or we can set up a traditional desk phone. Callers hear a professional greeting, can leave voicemail (sent to your email!), and calls can be forwarded however you like.
What's a DID?
DID stands for "Direct Inward Dialing" — it's just a fancy term for a phone number. Each DID is $2/month. Most small businesses need 1-2 numbers.

IT Support & Security

What does desktop support include?
For $25/month per computer, we handle:
  • Remote troubleshooting
  • Software updates and security patches
  • Virus and malware removal
  • Performance optimization
  • Help with printers, email setup, and general tech questions
Why do I need PC backups?
Because bad things happen — hard drives fail, laptops get stolen, ransomware encrypts your files. For $10/month, we automatically back up your important files to the cloud.
What's website monitoring?
We check your website every single minute, 24/7. If it goes down, we get an alert immediately. Plans start at $8/month.

Billing & General

Are there contracts or long-term commitments?
No long-term contracts. Services are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime.
How do I pay?
We send monthly invoices and you can pay online through our customer portal.
Are you a local company?
Yes! We're based right here in Cushing, Oklahoma. When you email or call us, you're talking to real people who live in your community.
